Whole: Eating whole foods and just as nature intended, is a lot smarter for your body. The environment and your hip pocket. Processed food is not only bad for your body but also the environment. Think of those factories pumping out pollution, The toxic plastic packaging and the costs involved in this process.
Just listen to your body because holistic nutrition is all about listen to your body. What is your body want and need. Working out what will work the best for you. Remember that no two people are the same. What work for one person may not work for another person. Their lifestyle will not necessarily work for another.
